Lime is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Strategy & Planning team to lead the incubation and delivery of our Next Generation Parking Strategy.
As the Senior Manager you’ll build Lime’s next generation parking strategy, and as part of this, will own the financial targets for the launch of the program. This includes designing and delivering the product offering (in collaboration with cross functional partners), and successfully launching and managing a number of pilot markets.
The ability to bring next generation parking solutions to the market will enable Lime to offer an in-demand transportation solution in dense urban areas. Successfully launching this effort will require navigating a complex cross functional environment that will require input and collaboration from many different teams (e.g. Product, Legal, GR, Ops and others).
This role will require a commitment to spend meaningful time “in market” to understand the intricacies of city demands, customer behavior and nuances of hardware feasibility. Thus requiring travel of approximately 10-20% across the US and EMEA.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with our Hardware Product team on the design of potential physical parking infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Software Product to develop the appropriate app requirements to support parking innovations
  • Work closely with Local Operations to build SOPs for any parking infrastructure installation and maintenance, as well as parking-specific in-field SOPs (eg, vehicle rebalancing, deployment, retrieval etc.)
  • Identify target markets for implementation and expansion, and collaborate closely with Government Relations and Operations to develop effective RFP strategies
  • Work closely with cities to make pilot markets successful – manage parking locations, install infrastructure, and address city issues and challenges

About you:

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of real-world operations experience (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, food and beverage, hospitality, or similar people and technology-centric operating environments)
  • A track record of succeeding in hyper-growth, early-stage environments
  • Experience managing and navigating cross functional teams, in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to advance mission-driven companies, including carbon-free transportation and/or equitable access to transportation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive level audiences
  • Preferred Experience:
  • P&L experience (e.g. General Management)
  • Early career experience in consulting or banking
The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000 - $228,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
