Compensation

  • $141K – $194K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced talent leader to join our team as Senior Manager, Talent & Culture. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Culture, this role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and adoption of core talent practices, including performance, promotions, and succession. You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, partnering cross-functionally to identify needs, build scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. From process design to training delivery, you’ll use facilitation, communication, and change management to drive understanding and impact at scale. What you’ll do:

  • Execute Talent Program Rollouts: Support the successful launch and adoption of core People programs such as performance, promotion, and succession through coordinated communication, training, and enablement.

  • Develop Targeted Communications: Craft clear, tailored messaging to support understanding and engagement across all levels of the business, including leadership updates and change-related communications.

  • Enable Stakeholders and Managers: Collaborate with HRBPs, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is aligned, managers are equipped with the right tools, and stakeholders are set up to lead effectively through change.

  • Design and Deliver Enablement Resources: Create scalable training content and resources to build capability across the organization.

  • Measure, Improve, and Manage Execution: Use feedback and data to assess program effectiveness, continuously improve learning experiences, and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

About you:

  • Experience supporting the design and execution of core talent processes with a focus on clarity, consistency, and adoption.

  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills, with a proven ability to create live and asynchronous learning experiences that scale across diverse audiences.

  • Sharp communicator with experience crafting clear, targeted messaging and enablement materials to support understanding at all levels.

  • Collaborative partner who works effectively across HRBPs, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather input, align stakeholders, and ensure execution against shared goals.

  • Clear, adaptable communicator who builds alignment, shares information effectively, and supports fast decision-making.

  • Organized and impact-driven project manager with the ability to lead multiple work-streams, manage vendor partnerships, and use feedback and data to iterate and improve.
